1. Insurance - Travel insurance is not provided for passengers and is highly recommended prior to travel.
  2. Code Of Conduct - There is a strict code of conduct during the trip and all in attendance are accountable for their own actions, belongings and behaviour. Ibiza Meltdown will endeavour to provide assistance at all times in the duration of  Ibiza Meltdown and there will also be qualified first aiders on the trip. No antisocial behaviour will be tolerated whilst on the trip and attendees can be banned from attending further events in light of anti-social behaviour.
  3. Payments, Bookings & Hotels - Bookings are confirmed once a payment is made and a customers information has been received via the booking form on our ticket page. Wristbands are not reserved unless both of these steps have been completed. Once booked deposits are due immediately and the balance must be paid in full by 19th July 2021. All payments are non-refundable. Prices are formed based on EUR. Booking fees are included in advertised prices, excluding Hotel Add-ons.
    Hotel Prices are updated weekly to reflect the accurate rate of each hotel at the time. Hotel prices fluctuate daily and may not be accurate on our website at the time of booking. Prices will be updated weekly on our ticket page, however invoices will reflect the price as listed by the hotel on the day that the booking is made. All travellers must hold a valid passport from their country of residence. Please note, all payments are handled by a European system which operates on GMT time zone. Ticket price deadlines are in accordance with European date and time.
    Wristbands are mailed to the address provided via your Eventbrite booking/invoice and will be received within 10 from 19th July 2021. If you will not be at the delivery address, please contact us to arrange a collection of your wristband at the accreditation on Day 1 of the Meltdown.
  4. Trip Itinerary - Full Itinerary will be released in June 2021. Itinerary is subject to change at any time. Customers will be notified via email in the event of a schedule change
  5. Wristbands - It is the duty of the passenger to wear their wristbands for the events. Broken wristbands can be returned and replaced free of charge. Lost wristbands incur a minimum charge of €200 for replacement. Failure to contact us should your wristband not arrive (at the address provided via your booking) prior to the commencement of the events could result in you missing events for the entire duration of Ibiza Meltdown. Should your travel schedule not permit you to collect wristbands at the welcome party please contact us to arrange a time for collection prior to the commencement of the events schedule.
    In the event that an on site collection is arranged, the customer is required to sign a release form stating they have received their wristband in Ibiza. Each individual customer will be required to bring their original booking confirmation email as well as a valid government ID to verify their identity. Friends will not be able to collect on a customers behalf.
  6. Discount Codes - Discount codes are limited to one use per booking and are not valid for use after a booking has been placed. Multiple discount codes cannot be applied to the same booking. Discount codes must be entered via the booking form and are applied to the final invoice.
  7. Personal belongings - Travellers are responsible for their own belongings.
  8. Cancellations - In the unlikely event of the trip being cancelled all passengers will receive a full refund on their scheduled payments for the trip (less credit card charges).
  9. Weather - In keeping within our duty of safety regulations if weather conditions aren’t permitting for outdoor events, alternative programming will be arranged.
  10. Summary - It is the duty of the passenger to abide by all of these terms and conditions. We look forward to seeing you at the next Ibiza Meltdown!
